Applicable for non-refundable accommodation vouchers only.
Refund requests should be submitted through Traveloka Refund feature via Traveloka App.
Applicable up to 1 day before check-in date. For example: If your check-in date is 20 July, you should request a refund on 19 July, 23:59 at the latest.
The Refund Guarantee is not applicable for refund requests made on the same day as your check-in date. In the event of check-in failure, the Refund Guarantee will also be voided.
Applicable only for transactions in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Applicable for all refund reasons.
The refund amount will be 80% of the total amount paid for the booking, including extra beds and extra breakfast (if any), at a maximum of 1.5 million Rupiah per room per night for Domestic Hotels or at a maximum of 3 million Rupiah per room per night for International Hotels.The refund amountwill not include the Refund Guarantee fee and any other non-accommodation add-ons.
Not applicable if the guest has checked in.
Not applicable if one or more vouchers have been used.
Not applicable if a refund request has been made directly to the accommodations.
Not applicable to reschedule requests.
Not applicable if changes have been made by the guest, via the accommodation. Changes include but are not limited to changes in the guest’s details (e.g name, title).
Not applicable to points and coupons. Any points or coupons redeemed for the purchase will not be refunded.
Any PayLater installment fees for the purchase will not be refunded. If installment(s) has been paid, the refund amount will be deducted by the installment fee(s). If installment(s) has not been paid, payment for the installment fee(s) must still be completed.
Payments made with PayLater will be refunded to the account holder’s PayLater limit. Meanwhile, PayLater installment(s) already paid to Traveloka will be refunded via bank transfer.

Traveloka reserves the right to cancel any refund request or process deemed to be misused.
Traveloka reserves the right not to allow the purchase of Refund Guarantee to the person who misuses it.
Misuse of Refund Guarantee is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use or the process was fraudulent or done for commercial gain.
How to Claim
Tap My Booking to open your wished-to-be-refunded booking.
Select Refund & Reschedule tab on the top, then tap Refund. Follow all the instructions there.
Please note that only the refund requested max. 1 day before the check-in date will be refunded.
