I didn't have time for breakfast or the gym, unfortunately, but I was glad to find at least an electric pot in the room to make tea. Great room, except very dark, including in bathroom. How can women see themselves in the mirror? Lol. Good service.

I THINK HILTON NEED TO INVEST IN MODERNIZE TELEPHONES SYSTEMS / INTERNET AND OUTLETS FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAVELS. SHOULD BE MORE COMPATIBLE WITH USA AS WELL.

Overall, the hotel was was quite nice. The front desk staff were exceedingly kind and spoke English very well. I never had any trouble with the wifi – fast and always working. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. I could hear the neighbors, but everything was quiet by 9 pm. The breakfast was light, but good. The hotel restaurant was expensive, but convenient. The immediate area around the hotel was nice, a few restaurants, but beyond that was a little run down. Lastly, there is a casino in the bottom floor.

I stayed for one night, but the hotel staff were excellent from the time I stepped through the door. The receptionists went out of the way to help organise transport for me. The bar staff were also very welcoming and helpful as was the management team.
The hotel is in very good condition. The outdoor pool is very good, although the hotel has tried to screen the neighbouring buildings some are still quite unsightly, but there is nothing that they can do about that.
The hotel is a fair step from the centre, about 12 blocks, but taxid are readily available and cheap.
Overall a very good stay.

El Hotel está muy bueno, en la habitaciones todo es de calidad cómo por ejemplo los muebles, colchon, almohadas etc.
El desayuno es completo y rico, con mucha variedad en todo, panes, facturas, jugos etc.
La atencion es muy correcta de todos los empleados de los que se destaca Martina que está siempre dispuesta a cualquier pregunta. El gimnasio es bueno. Lo unico que el Hotel no está tan centrico aprox 20 cuadras.
