The property is old, the bed headboard had a gum from previous guests. The room was really warm but if you open the window it gets too loud. The location is not convenient it is about 20 minutes walking from the downtown. It is not worth the price. The staff was really nice though.

The hotel is perfectly located in front of one of the best restaurants in town and also very close to the lake. The main street (Mitre) has different options of stores, restaurants and everything we may need.

Very shabby place. It was in poor condition and not maintained. The elevator was ancient. It had a hot tub and pool but they were old, dingy, and didn’t open until 5pm. The breakfast was ok. The location was a close walk (5 min) to town center but not too busy. The mattress was surprisingly good though.

While the staff was alright the hotel is just outdated. The smell in the room was terrible, it was dirty (hair everywhere) - we did not enjoy our stay at all. Had we arrived earlier we would have left and looked for somewhere else to stay

A garagem era um pátio de areia para 4 carros. Li os comentários e fiz a reserva da garagem com 1 mês de antecedência. Chegando lá tinha que pagar a parte 60 reais por dia para o estacionamento do carro (um absurdo para uma vaga que não era nem coberta) no fim achávamos mais seguro deixar o carro na rua. Pois era tão apertado que se alguém estacionasse ao lado não tinha como tirar o carro.

Só fiquei a primeira diária e fui embora.
O banheiro do quarto estava entupido, reclamamamos na recepção, e se quer, foram ao quarto. Na outro dia saímos de lá e procuramos um flat, aqui mesmo no hotéis.com
