They allowed us to store our baggage for a week and do late checkout (both with a small fee). Nice to have the option of a quad room. Mobile Checkin was easy enough, though have to download an app. Would stay again.

The staff is out of the world, always ready to walk that extra mile to make you feel at home. The breakfast is one of the most complete we ever had. And everything is walking distance, including the famous Obelisk.

After a deeply disappointing experience at this hotel — which is advertised as a 4-star establishment — we feel compelled to share our concerns. In our opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star rating, and the quality promoted on the website is far from the reality we encountered. We strongly believe this rating should be reassessed to a 1.
Throughout our stay, the service and conditions fell well below expectations, we were offered a choice of 3 rooms and each one as bad as the other. The rooms were completely unacceptable but what is most concerning is the photos on the advert do not match to that of the one we stayed in. This was confirmed by staff.
However, one person truly stood out: Abbeygale. This lovely young woman went above and beyond to assist us and make us feel as comfortable as possible. She showed a level of kindness, empathy, and professionalism that no other staff member came close to. We will never forget her support and heartfelt approach during a very stressful experience.
Thank you, Abbeygale — you were the one bright light in a very poor experience.

An extremely kind and professional staff, make you feel at home. Always ready to help and to guide you with anything you may need. Since the front desk employees, Mica, Nico, Cande and Kalley, that are willing to go that extra mile to help, all the way to the waitress Betyana, that will take care of you at breakfast time with a beautiful smile and kind attitude,also the cleaning ladies, that are always doing an amazing job in the most quiet way, helping customers to sleep and relax without any disturbing noises. The hotel is located literally walking distance from every tourist attraction . It is close to dining places within ten minutes walk, it does have an active Police security post next door, with Officers walking over day and nights. The bathroom is miniature but clean, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, and the convenience breakfast is perfect, better that most of the best hotels in USA. If there is a long walk to anywhere you want to go, the front desk will order a taxi for you, at your convenience that will show up exactly on time and with an affordable price. After traveling over 26 countries around the world, I can truly recommend you this hotel with no hesitation. Thank you City Baires for such a nice experience, and for having employees that should make you feel very proud.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. 5 min walk to 2 metro lines, lots of landmarks and restaurants around. The room we got was dated and even with some recent pampering still needs renovations and modernisation. The staff is young and speaks good English. They were always helpful and very professional. Great job! Breakfast is average, nothing special but enough to get you ready for the day. All in all there is room for improvement in the condition of the rooms but the hotel is still a very good option if you are not fussy.

Stayed here 6 nights; hotl is fine if you're out most of the day, and only need it to sleep. A bit of TLC would go a long way to make it nice - it's the small stuff like doors closing / not closing, odour in the bathrooms, the personal touch. Internet works well in lower floor, not so much in higher floors away from the elevator... but being too close to the elevator makes it really noisy. That's the only thing I can say 100% bothered me - the noise levels, rooms are poorly noise insulated and you could hear everything everyone was doing. It's a 3 and a half star hotel - needs a bit of TLC for the 4th star. The staff are excellent however - 5 stars to them, very helpful and attentive, they went above and beyond to make my stay there a good one. I'd recommend it for short stays, where hotel time is reduced.
