Such an oasis ! I immediately felt relaxed when I walked in here . This hotel is beautiful and every detail is thought of . I love their commitment to sustainability and it’s done with style . Staff is super helpful. Oh and the beds are very , very comfortable! Best hotel bed ever ! Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud .

We loved everything about 1 Hotel Melbourne. Our room (king river deluxe) was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The bed was one of the best we've ever slept on, and we travel a lot. Terrific restaurant. The DJ music was a little loud on the evening we dined at the hotel, but they immediately said they would turn it down. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Great relaxed atmosphere. Lots of other places to dine in the Docklands area, and a short ride or 20-30 minute walk to other areas of Melbourne. We hope to return and look forward to staying at their other properties.

Staff were great, the room was lovely. We dropped our car and luggage off early returned later in the day. Everything was in room when we returned ready for our stay. Staff were so helpful and won’t hesitate in staying there again.

Beautifully designed hotel with very generously sized rooms, and fantastic amenities. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, however bar staff were rude. Really love the hotel, but soundproofing between rooms is terrible - had to change rooms because of noise, but both rooms had the same noise problem.

This hotel exceeded expectations and was a 15/10! From the attentive and friendly staff, to the total ambience, aroma within the hotel and gorgeous fit out-1Melbourne will be our go to hotel going fwd. The bed was a cloud, amazing block out blinds, a room with a view over the Yarra and walking distance to the cbd and eateries. What more could you want. We drove over from South Australia and again the hotel was super easy to reach from Ballarat. We will definitely be back and I can’t wait to visit again.
