Close to the ocean .great view .room was clean and spacious. Modern furniture. Will happily use again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Great stay. Very convenient location and very clean rooms. Restaurent was under refurbishment, hence no dining options.

Nice holiday park with a lovely clean room. Very comfy beds.

You cannot watch TV from the lounge. And the second TV in the spare room . Not arranged effectively. TV on the wrong wall in the lounge.

A wonderfully comfortable stay.. there is maintenance and renovations going on at the moment but none the less we absolutely loved our night there .. wanted to stay another. Pool temp was amazing .. rooms modern and very clean.. right on the beach .. perfect for us. We will be back and can’t wait to see it all complete

Room was upstairs and had lovely views of the beach. Large modern and updated room. Easy parking. The negative was, the hot water in the shower took at least 5 minutes to warm up, also the hand basin in the bathroom was tiny, could barely wash my hands. Overall, would stay here again.

Good. Will be better when renovations finished :)

Booked this on hotels.com about 2 weeks prior to the trip only to find on arrival that they did not in fact have my reservation and were saying they had not received payment when it was paid for through Hotels.com. It wasn't until Hotels.com got involved that they found my reservation but said they were completely booked out. However managed to find me a standard room when I had paid for a Deluxe Business suit. No refund, No apology, very poor service. Wont be coming back and could not recommend this to anyone. I do a lot of travel for business and this is the first time I have ever had this happen by a property. The fact that they downgraded my room but failed to refund the difference was astonishing!

Loved how close it was to the beach and the room was a good size

Nicely renovated but the bed sheets hadn’t been changed/cleaned. Everything else was clean and spotless so…

The shower water temperature is not stable

I loved my upstairs beach facing balcony unit. So clean and fresh very roomy ,I didn't like the fact that I couldn't access TV channels.

The room was very sandy + sticky No hair dryer Overall the room condition is new. But the room is super sandy. The floor super sandy.. No dish washer …

Only negative about the hotel is the uncomfortable beds. Everything else was great!

The room was lovely - it was new, clean, comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was really nice, and the water pressure and temperature of the shower was great! The bed was comfortable. It had air-conditioning in the lounge area and bedroom and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The views were spectacular and with very close beach access. I can see the rest of the property is undergoing renovation, and once this is complete, it hopefully includes a restaurant - not a deal breaker, but with those views it would be a great place to eat.
