The apartment was large with a wonderful view of Docklands and the city.
The apartment is looking a bit worn, needs to be properly maintained/ cleaned/updated. The heating was very noisy. BUT we really did enjoy our stay. Beds very comfy.

The apartment we stayed in was clean and well set out.
Sarina from AKOM apartments was our contact, she was so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
The shower was a little outdated but still clean and ok.
The apartment was quiet and you could not hear other people in their own apartments at all.
Docklands has many restaurants and eating places in the vicinity and trams are within about 100m from the apartment that take you directly into the city center for free.
We would happily stay here again and will do so on our next visit to Melbourne.
