We had a wonderful stay at Balconies Lakeside. The pantry was stocked with 2 packs of chips, teas, coffees, and bottled water. There’s an information pamphlet about the property (Wi-Fi and how to operate things) and activities in Daylesford. I found it really useful as this was our first time in Daylesford.
We had a front-row view of the lake from our bed. It’s amazing. The room is well-equipped with a small dining table, sofa, TV, security box, heated blanket, and an extra blanket. There’s also a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Amenities are provided.
We will surely come back to this place.

Place was clean. One dining chair had a bolt missing so unsafe to sit on. Left note to have them repair. Didnt like plunger soap containers. Body lotion had seperated. No hair conditioner plunger. Overall location good. Spacious for 2xpeople.

Getting into the place with the locking system was hopeless, had to contact for assistance. No off street parking.Room was full of dust. First time I have ever stayed at a complex where there was not a pack of tissues. TV set too low that it was difficult to watch from bed. Could not see us staying at this place again

For the cost I expected more. The photos show other rooms, and so that size (especially the bathroom) was what I expected. No parking on site. Room smelt like someone's been smoking in there and a spray was used to cover it up. View was nice (but blocked as we were off to the side. Also didnt help that we were woken up by people laughing and drunk in the other rooms.

Great place to stay. Comfortable clean great view of the lake and good size rooms with excellent bathroom and kitchen facilities maybe the mini fridge needs to be a bar fridge but excellent accommodation.
