Easy access to room. Room was comfortable and clean and well equipped for the price! Good location. Wifi was unable due to issues- would of been nice to be told instead of wasting time emailing and continuing to try- otherwise all good!

Stayed for 13 nights, the room I had was clean and spacious, location was very close to where I needed to be also. Good heating in the room. Only downside as mentioned in other reviews was the wifi/tv kept disconnecting, however it wasn’t too bad. TV had all channels and connected to Netflix, etc. overall I had a good stay at Alloggio and will use them the next time I’m in Bathurst :)

In general, it's a good place to stay for a short-term stay. The room size is big enough with kitchen that makes it convenient to cook. A little thing is to be improved that if you book in upstairs, there is no light at stairs during night.

Not clean, one bed looked unwashed sheets, smelly bathroom, improved after fan filter cleaned by us. Obviously not ever cleaned. Looked black. Also not enough utensils plates etc for 4 people as per booking.

Place was good, but they need to clean the filters on the air conditioning units. It wasn't working properly, so I ended up doing it myself. Looked like it hadn't been done in years

The kettle was in need of a good clean or replacement as it don't look like it has ever been cleaned and not the motels fault but the dog
next-door barked though the night when ever someone came or went very hard to sleep, bed was comfortably

Aircon wouldn't work for more than 5 mins, then timer light would flash and no more until you turned off and restarted.
Ants on floor heading towards bin which was empty.
Liquid soap dispenser in shower was empty.
Exhaust fan in bathroom wasn't working.

The property was clean except for the cutlery in kitchen so was repuired to wash utensils before use ,there was someone who lived over the back of the units that was reving thier car loudly and a barking dog until late so very noisey .

Room was unmaid, stank of urine, and was generally in very poor condition. When I called to let them know I got put through to a call centre for support.

Nice apartment and great for a 2 night stay. Had a balcony with an outdoor table and chairs. Check in was terrible. I was sent an email saying I had entered all my details, but when I arrived there was no reception available. I rang the number and the woman said they did not have my credit card number. It took about half an hour to get wifi and enter my details again.

A very old room which had bad smells of cigarette smoke even though there's no smoking allowed. Furniture was old and ripped. Bathroom was a horror, broken tiles, rusted rails and vermin.
Anyone in adjoining rooms who used the shower made terrible pipe noises throughout, making a very unpleasant stay.
Would avoid this place unless you can't find anywhere else to stay.
