The room was great. We had a twin room it's small but quite satisfactory. Beds were so comfy and the bathroom and shower were clean.

The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are mostly friendly. The room condition is clean and in reasonable condition. There are only two issues: 1) As I checked in at midnight, the staff on the evening shift told me the hotel doesn't provide slippers, even though I told her my colleague had just got a pair when she checked in in the afternoon. It is a bit inconvenience on the first night of stay until I finally got one from the staff in the day shift. 2) The water pressure of the shower is terrible, I need to hold the shower head above my head coz the water can not reach to 4 inches far.

Great location, close to the city but quiet. A block and a half from the CBD. Lots of coffee shops and food opinions close by, as well as theatres. The room had everything I needed. Comfy bed and good pillows.

The photos of the room were very misleading for size and light. The room was also very dank and the aircon / ventilation gave a very mouldy and poor air quality to the space. Cleanliness was ok but, has bare minimum to pass a sheet change and put out towels become the markers of top quality city stay? The actual aesthetic and locality of the hotel is good and great access to cafes and bars. All walkable distance. If this kind of feedback actually leads to improvements then great.

I enjoyed my stay at Brady Hotel, Jones Lane very much. The team member that check us in was welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size for 2 people. The air con was easy to use, quiet, and efficient. The bath towels were huge, and soft. The toiletries were of a good quality, and generous in size.

from the moment we walked in the staff at reception were incredible in particular one gentleman with longer hair who helped us out tremendously and was so kind. the stay was comfortable and made effortless. the area in which the hotel was located was central, close to everything and just made it that much better. will definitely be coming back

We stayed for 3 nights. Just a bed to sleep in really don’t expect much more. Had mould in our shower and room only made up once with amenities not replenished. Had to call up for more toilet paper. Otherwise good location and easy walking distance to everything
