Great really spacious apartment with city and river views. Great amenities washing machine tumble dryer microwave etc. 2 large double rooms one en-suite. Great high pressured shower with shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Walking distance to great food places along the river about 10/15 min walk.

The apartment was filthy, and the bathroom was covered in mold—I actually ended up with a fungal infection between my fingers from staying there. On checkout day, the power went out, and we were forced to carry our luggage down 28 flights of stairs since there was no emergency backup for the lifts. Some of our bags were still locked inside the room, so we had to climb back up 20 floors through fire stairs—only to find that our keys wouldn’t open the fire doors. We were trapped there for two hours, hoping a resident would let us in, banging on fire doors, and we weren’t alone—hundreds of other guests were stuck too, banging on doors. When we called the front desk, they just said there was nothing they could do and told us to wait for power to be restored, with no real help or urgency. Completely negligent management with zero regard for guest safety. I would never recommend this hotel apartment to anyone, especially not with family as.in case of emergency or power failure you will have no help and will be stuck whereyou are. Find more reliable hotels.

Cleaning was okay but when we moved the couch and the coffee table we discovered some things under there and had to clean up. Just a reminder when cleaning to move furniture and clean underneath. The only other disssapointment was I booked for 2 bedrooms and the room was meant to consist of 1 queen and 1 king. The second bedroom only had a double bed.
Other than this the apartment was comfy. Great location.
