This litle motel is just a GEM in Toowoomba, the staff are so friendly and accomodating, so helpful, thank you. It's close to everyhing that I needed and loved how quite it was. Will definitely be back, my new favourite!

This motel is the best. Under cover parking, Room is a very decent size with a large TV, microwave, great size fridge. Very comfortable beds. Modern furniture. Even a sink so easy to fill the kettle without going to the bathroom. Best of all the air conditioner is in a great place which covers the whole room.

The wind was blowing against the door and I really woke up Servers Times during the night, cause it was so laud I thought the door unlocked and reopen.
Maybe only happens on ground floor, the night was terrible.

Room dirty. Utensils and glass missing. Soap scrub thick on glass in shower room.
Booked a room with disability support, it had no rail to hold in shower. Made it extremely hard to bath.
Staff nice but don’t have a clue how to run a motel.
Got locked out second night due to key card not working.

When I travel to Toowoomba I always stay at this motel. Very disappointed this trip. Room 5 smelled terrible. Bathroom needs a good scrub and the time has come for bathroom upgrades in some rooms. Felt uncomfortable this stay and didn’t enjoy it.

Our plan was to travel to Toowoomba for a one-night stop over. The City Golf Club Motel is an easy location to find, it is also convenient to the Golf Club for dining etc. They also offer complimentary transport to and from the venue which afforded us the opportunity to enjoy a few drinks.
