My daughter arrived during our stay and we asked if we could get a 2nd set of sheets for the pull-out bed in our room. We were told that it would cost us $60 USD per night to do so. We did without as a result. I've never heard of anything like this before-not acceptable.

Even it’s mention it’s a good location it’s still a bit of a walk to CBD. To South bank no issue. The room is average. The aircon is noisy. The bedsheet is hard and itchy. Overall atmosphere is average.

The checking in and out was simple. The room was very pretty. Location is excellent. Unfortunately there was a stain on the headboard of the bed which was quite off putting. But that was the only negative.

What a great spot right near South Bank. We have the balcony room and the views were fantastic. Easy to walk everywhere and also easy to catch the river cat or the buses or the air train.

A beautiful hotel, Premium King room was beautiful and quiet, overlooking the river, and the bed was comfy. Only let down for this hotel is the lack of menu options for vegans (yes, you can groan but it's 2025 and we all expect better than hot chips and plain toast, c'mon!) so ordering in is cumbersome because your food is left in the lobby (due to their great security of course but this is less convenient for everyone!) and there is no hiding out from the world.
