Great room amenities - fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, and TV. Also, it is in a good location, only about 15 to 20 minutes' walk from Grand Central Shopping Centre and not too far from Toowoomba Bus Station. It is also great value, and one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at in Toowoomba. I visit Toowoomba a few times a year to see family and friends, and I will definitely stay there again (glad I discovered it)!

It was basic but clean .it was in a good location. Nice and quite. Didnt see any staff. We had to ring to get keys and drop off keys in a box when we left. Overall good experience. Just a little weird that the motel was in a shopping complex. A good stay overall. They did clean the rooms and make the bed up everyday.

Just that the room was ‘dated and old’ some power points didn’t work, bathroom vanity was chipped/cracked/water damaged, a strange ‘sewerage’ smell in the bathroom.
Large sheet of ply lifting/broken outside the door on roof, as if a truck had damaged it, and hadn’t been repaired.
The room wasn’t ‘dirty’ as such, but really did need an overall upgrade to modernise it.
Good location central to a lot of services in Toowoomba.

Lovely receptionist is friendly and welcoming. Room is spacious and though ‘older’ it’s been upgraded, is in excellent repair, and very well kept. Clean, tidy, fresh, cozy with great reverse cycle air conditioning. Curtains lovely & effective in darkening the room. Nicely decorated too. Very good amenities, microwave & bar fridge with freezer. Only a few stairs to access verandah to my room. All round FANTASTIC stay. Thank you

The staff were very nice however the air con was not working properly and barely kept the room at a decent temp. The hair dryer was not working either - the fridge as small as it was made a terrible noise and I had to turn it off to get to sleep. I accept that the price I paid was inexpensive but what is there should be working properly, Otherwise remove it.
