Different experience that you usually find in NSW which explains why it is so popular, great for young families. Very relaxing as its set in nature with no high rises, pollution and congestion, just relax, wine, dine and reset, to top it off staff were great and made the getaway even more memorable. A Stay.

We had a wonderful day at the Fairmont Resort! While the weather wasn’t ideal, the wide variety of indoor activities and events truly made our stay special. We enjoyed the spa, indoor pool, sauna, in-house cinema, and the excellent selection of bars and restaurants. Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering a great place to unwind. The only downsides were having to pay extra for movies and the need for a bathroom renovation. Despite this, everything else about the room was fantastic. Overall, we had an incredible experience and will definitely be returning!

It was not the best Hotel experience to begin with as we had to wait at least 2 hours to check in.
For the price however it certainly was not value for money as the rooms were not of a high finish...
However what made this quite horrible was that on the evening before our scheduled check out, there was a black out in our room and we were left sitting in the dark for hours. Finally, we decided to check out that very night, one night earlier than scheduled as home was only a 2-hour drive away and we felt this was preferable to sitting in the dark with no power! Of course we departed feeling somewhat short changed....

We were disappointed with our stay at the resort. The amenities and appliances are quite outdated and in need of a refresh. We didn’t use the pool because the water looked dirty and unclear, which was a major letdown.The restaurant and café offered a very limited selection of food, and the prices were far too high for what was available.

The rooms were "well loved". Not exactly premium, but the staff were proud of their cleanliness.
Even though there were three restaurants each evening, we couldn't get a reservation for our third night (during the afternoon of our third day) as it was fully booked. It would have been nice if we had been told on night one or two to ensure we had our booking arrangements in place for dining on night three. We didn't eat at all in the restaurants, pretty as they were, as resort guests don't get any discretionary seeting

This property has reinvented itself as a family venue since we were last here. The hotel was completely full and most rooms seemed to have two or three kids. Our quiet weekend getaway was anything but. Breakfast was a free for all and the only available table had patches of scrambled egg and pastry all over the floor. It was like having breakfast in a preschool- just so noisy. Maybe it would be better during the week!

Great stay. Be aware kids activities other than the arcade room and play room need to be pre booked or may only run on a weeked or school holiday. Could not fault the staff, super friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to be getting a face lift which it seems to need. Room was clean and comfy.

Lovely staff and dining options. Beautiful grounds. Feel the property needs updating internally to truly provide a wonderful guest experience.
