Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel and Residences

Very noisy room. Even with an upgrade. We had cockroaches in our room and when we told the staff on check out they weren’t surprised. Not worth the money spent for the room.

Buffet Breakfast was great, hotel room always serviced daily and cleaned, good view of the coast. Friday and Saturday nights on the strip the clubs were very loud and music was blasting till 4am. Staff are friendly and we had a good time, room had essentials and was private and comfortable.

The first two nights I could not sleep. There was a problem with some door supposably that the engineer said it was howling and whistling for literally two days two nights it’s not until I spoke to 3 managers and said I was going to leave that it got sorted out

Stayed 2 nights on level 4 facing caville ave. The staff are amazing but the room was like it’s used for last resort as the fridge was leaking. The bathroom was like it hadn’t been touched for a while and the noise from the clubs around felt like I was sleeping outside it was that loud

The name Hilton has a reputation and this hotel didn’t delivery. Underwhelming appearance, maintenance not done, chips in furniture. It needs a restyling immediately. Staff accomodating, friendly and available to assist which made the stay better. Shame a new building lets in so much street noise.

Everything was perfect, from the spacious three bedroom apartment, to the helpful staff. The view was magnificent and the location was perfect. Great for a family stay.

The hotel’s prime location, just steps from the golden sands of Surfers Paradise Beach, made it the perfect choice for my getaway. The accommodations were nothing short of spectacular—spacious, stylish, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking ocean views from my room created an instant sense of relaxation, and the luxurious bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep. The service at Hilton Surfers Paradise was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay special. Whether it was a helpful concierge recommendation or a warm greeting from the housekeeping team, the hospitality was top-notch. And let’s not forget the fantastic amenities! The pool area was a tropical oasis, perfect for unwinding. The fitness centre was well-equipped, and the spa experience left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Our family stayed in a 3-bedroom and 3-bathroom residence. The view is amazing and it's very clean . No noise can be heard overnight. The stay totally exceeded our expectation.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were relatively clean. However, we had a very unpleasant experience that affected our entire trip. While using the dry sauna, we encountered several cockroaches, and unfortunately, a few even crawled onto my wife’s legs. She has a strong phobia of cockroaches, and this incident caused her significant stress and discomfort. From that moment on, we were constantly worried about the cleanliness and the possibility of encountering more insects throughout our stay. Although some aspects of the hotel were good, this experience made it hard for us to relax and enjoy our time there. We hope the hotel management takes this seriously and improves pest control in the future.
