Nice and tidy Good breakfast

One of the best bathroom designs we've seen, including some up-market places. Bright and accessible. Especially welcome was the under-vanity night lighting.

Nice place close to the airport. Don’t take a taxi from the airport - it is a 4 minute ride and they charged us $75 Australian dollars. Zero stars for Sydney’s taxi service.

Close to the airport!

15 minute walk to the metro and an easy comute to the CBD. Convenient to the airport. No eggs on the breakfast buffet. The bed is not as comfortable as expected at a Holiday Inn Express.

The Holiday Inn Express was clean and the staff were helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast onsite. The staff even packed a breakfast box for us when we had to fly out the next day in the early morning hours - this was most appreciated! It is a convenient place to stay near the Sydney Airport.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room. It was small but very clean. We loved the big safe, the small fridge, the cups, spoons & kettle with Teas & coffee & milk in the fridge for my coffee. Liked the luggage scale at reception.

Check in was a bit confusing as you came in at the street level and had to go up to the next floor for the service desk. We got our keys, went to the room and it was adequate. The blackout drapes were amazing for weary travelers and even though we were near the airport, we heard nothing. Breakfast daily was good, the morning staff in the dining area were so sweet and cheerful, it started each day off with a great feeling! We weren’t far from all that we wanted to see, an Uber ride generally under 20-30 minutes. Meals close by were not readily available so Uber Eats it was. This hotel seemed better suited for business travelers than true visitors but the bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned daily.

The facilities and location were good. I had one problem where my room was not serviced even though I put the sign up accordingly when I went out for 5 hours. As a result, I realised later, that they never replaced the toilet paper which made things somewhat uncomfortable as I was traveling early the next day.

The property is very clean, staff friendly. Beds are not comfortable, sheets coming off the bed. The hotel is noisy due to lack of insulation I suppose, contributing to a poor night sleep before my flight. The shower walls are made of glass which is really weird if you are not rooming with someone you’re very comfortable with. The door of the bathroom is the same as the door for the shower so you either get the floor all wet bc you don’t want to leave the bathroom door open or you close the shower door and the bathroom is wide open. Very weird. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good.

Bath room wall divided with bed room should be painted with darker color or the wall should be made with solid wood wall, as people could see though the shower glass from outside

This hotel is great for a stopover - close to airport and rooms very small.

The staff were helpful and attentive. Our bed seemed like it would be comfortable but we both woke with extreme backaches. I knew there would be limited dining at the hotel but didn’t know options in the surrounding area would so limited. Thank goodness for Patchett’s Pies across the street. The room was very clean and a good size for an overnight stay .
