Amazing location and amenities. Staff were helpful and super friendly. Location is perfection! Parking was easy. Hotel was new, clean, luxurious and modern! Loved it!

most hotel rooms I went would provide 2 complementary drinking water in bottles. pillows were too high and shower room water pressure was low. would appreciate to know the location of parking (car park F) at check-in or when pick up parking access card.

Clean & good service

the beds were really poor, the mattress was sunk in , small king bed , seemed like a double. fridge really small to put anything in it. was noisy creaks and bangs. the buffet was absolutely poor for $48 , the eggs , food , bread was stale , pathetic bufet. over price car park to keep your car when staying. $45 that is ridicolous. I would not recommend this , or come back. I would like to get half my money back. It was so bad

Fantastic hotel and location.

Well presented room, great location and very friendly staff.

We were warmly greeted on arrival by the friendly staff, checked in to our beautiful clean room and the team even went out of their way to organise a little birthday treat for me. We are so grateful for all of the care and attention to detail we received, it made for a very special stay.

Let’s start with the check-in. The woman at the reception desk wasn’t fluent in English and became visibly annoyed at me (American) when I asked her politely and with sincere confusion to repeat herself several times. It must have been with a spirit of retaliation she assigned a second floor room with a wonderful view of the parking lot to us, although it was post-holiday mid-January. Our room was nicely sized, which was a plus, but there were zero amenities besides the bolted to the wall pumps of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. No bottles of water, no q-tips, no shower caps, no toothbrushes, no NOTHING. People who stay at Hotel Chadstone probably intend to shop at the mall at Chadstone but nowhere on the hotel website does it state that the mall closes early on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm. We arrived shortly after 4:30 pm. So, empty-handed and disappointed, but still intending to make the most of the evening, we went to the rooftop pool. NB: the website photo is VERY MISLEADING. Not only is the pool minuscule (think less than half the size of a regular lap pool), at 8 pm it was full of screaming kiddies and smelled like a kiddie pool. We next went to check out the “gymnasium.” That also turned out to be a depressing affair, a small plain room with narrow windows near the ceiling, a treadmill and a few free weights. There might have been a stationary bike. We left after a single glance. My home gym is better equipped, sorry. Won’t be staying at Hotel C ever again!

This is my third year in a row staying here for my daughter’s birthday. Every time we have a great time. Staff, room, location - perfect for a shopping spree.

Clean and new. Spacious rooms. Nice rooftop indoor pool and bar.

The staff was nice enough. Check in was ok but the receptionist had to go to the room to remove 3 chocolates that were intended for someone else we guess. Our request for a non road side wasn’t met which is disappointing and sleep or lack of ensued. The breakfast area is good enough but not real 5 star. The coffee was warm at best. Didn’t go to the bar as we had a 9 year old so really wasn’t anywhere to have a drink. Fortunately Chadstone shopping is nearby albeit not all eateries are licensed. The communications around parking was not really informative and valet was expensive at $95. It’s not a Langham really a nice looking 4 star hotel.

A lovely few days with young family members. They loved the pool and the hotel room was nice and big.

Staff were rude and judgemental! They need some training! Because I’d love to come again and again, but wouldn’t because of the staff. The staff don’t own the hotel, so they need to chill
