disappointed that I booked a cabin for adults and children, yet the childrens beds were not made up.
I booked 3 cabins in total and had another 2 family members also book cabins, so we had 5 in total. poor form.

Cabin choice is key!
Unfortunately our original cabin was mosquito infested, dirty, damaged and noisy.
After requesting a cabin change was denied. A poor review was made and staff were much more accommodating.
New cabin was much nicer.
Better location in park, cleaner, no noise and less mosquitoes.

Really liked the accessible cabin with thoughtful comforts. Railings, grab bars, shower seat, plenty of space, cosy doonas. Did not like high gutters causing scraping under our car every time had to exit and enter. Very dangerous going out onto road.
