It was very good except they called me and messaged me multiple times on the days leading up to the stay to confirm arrival time, which i thought was weird when i had answered them all with the same arrival time. Once would have been suffice. And when we arrived, there was no where to park for the check in, so had to half park on the footpath on a busy one way street, so i got out and ran in while the mrs parked in the car waiting incase it had to be moved. When i got in there, the room wasnt ready, and had to wait for atleast 20 minutes for them to sort something out. My partner had to drive around the block multiple times in a panic, as she had not ever had driven in a big city. The room made up for this original blunder being absolutely beautiful, clean, couldnt ask for more. Will be staying there again. But they do need to sort something out with check in parking.

The people in the unit above were noisy and this disrupted our sleep.

The location of the apartment was fantastic — just a short walk to South Bank Parklands, the city centre, and a nearby supermarket. We really enjoyed the lovely view from the top floor, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Early check-in and help with our special requests made our stay more convenient.
That said, the apartment could benefit from some updates. Both beds were quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom had a noticeable drain smell. The kitchen was minimally equipped, making it a bit tricky to prepare meals. Some of the furniture was worn — one balcony chair was broken, and the small dining table only had three wobbly chairs for four guests. The pool area was a nice feature, but the water was very cold and the space didn’t feel particularly well-maintained.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the great location and helpful staff, but with a few improvements, the apartment could be much more comfortable.

Carpet had large stain that made unit smell, hall to room had a very strong bad odour carpets outside of unit and in lift looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Main bathroom had no shower screen door ? Saturday night could hear loud music and yelling and screaming swearing at times went on untill after 3am :-( didn’t get much sleep for 7 hr drive home :-(

We stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting family nearby. Allowed to check in early which was great. Room was fairly functional, toiletries and towels were sufficient for our visit. Kitchen appeared well equipped but we had no need to use. Was very clean and a good location for our short visit to Brisbane and would recommend to anyone visiting.

I had a problem with the apartment, which they handled really well. The second apartment had absolutely no issues. The place is really central very close walk to great restaurants and stores and of course to the cultural precinct. Easy parking and just everything that you need.

A nice apartment. Great view of the river. Helpful front counter staff. No daily room clean which suits me. They do a clean at 7 days but you can request additional items such as shampoo or towels at no charge before 7 days. Would stay again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room is getting tired. Towel rails falling off walls. Dings in most walls. Scuff marks on surfaces. Dishwasher was revolting. Had not been used with cleaning products in a long time. There was no cleaning products in the apartment at all.
Some minor repairs and a good clean would go along way.
