Fantastic kitchen facilities and common area like the rooftop if you want to hang out. Unfortunately the pool table was not working. Room and bathrooms were clean, no issues.

The communal ladies bathroom on the second floor in Canberra CBD could do with some love. Otherwise, private queen room was lovely and clean and desk staff lovely and friendly and helpful.

Rooms were incredibly clean, water bottle filling station on each floor so didn't have to go to the kitchen every time

This was not a hotel but in fact a hostel No private bathroom Walked and booked the Sebal walked straight back out Photos online are not accurate Don't book this I didn't even want to give any stars No refund for the two nights paid either

Refused me a room despite wotif booking and emailed confirmation, claimed to be full. Hasn't even offered me a refund despite repeated requests appalling. Difficult to find alternative accommodation on a busy Friday night. Dumfounded by their attitude.

Everything was perfect

I found it ridiculous that the hostel charges for things that are usually included in any accommodation, such as towels and luggage storage. The hot water in the men's showers on the third floor also did not work. Besides that, the room I stayed in was spacious and I appreciated the cold water filling stations.

Location is closeby fir shopping and dinning since it os located centrallocation of CBD. Very clean and cozy room with lots of space. Friendly reception staff.

Poor housekeeping, cobwebs near the curtains, moth flying around in the room all night, dust on the table lamps and back of the table, whole room needed a proper deep clean, couldn’t lock the room door from inside and given access is via an app on the phone felt a bit unsafe, no temp control in the room and no one at reception to help with making it warmer, no tea spoons, fridge still had stuff in it, very noisy could hear everything going on outside esp the banging of doors and the dryer from the bathroom. Bed was decent and bed linen and towels were clean. Such a shame because some decent housekeeping would have been a game changer although not sure what could be done for how noisy it is. Basically a clean bed in an excellent location really which is fine for a decent hostel but pretty awful when I paid $188 for one of their private rooms.

The property is a perfect place to stay in Canberra. The guide in the room was personal and included such good recommendations for dining out! We were very impressed with the restaurants and the apartment was just a short walk from everywhere. Could not recommend anything better !
