Lovely clean room, staff pleasant and helpful. Couple of minor things, no light above the kettle and tea making area in the cupboard. It was very difficult to fill the kettle under the tap to the sink in the bathroom, in fact we used one of the mugs to fill it!

the lady that takes the bookings for the main restaurant needs to go to an anger management course or find another occupation. very rude and unaccommodating!!!! apart from that the staff are all wonderful
