Found access to rooms very easy parking was excellent. The furniture the appliances made it quite easy to cook a meal. The furnishing and the bedlinen and the towels were excellent. And the apartment was very clean.

Comfortable rooms, great location and good facilities. Gardens are beautiful and there is a lot of food options in the Salt village.

Property itself was lovely. Not really a good selling point to have to go to Peppers Resort for breakfast. Bar had no short order snacks, so you had to leave the pool area to obtain for example hot chips, as there was no kitchen. Limited variety of packaged snacks from the bar. Went to hire a bike. They were complimentary. Seriously bad rusted, no ladies bikes. They were ready for the tip. Mantra should remove them. We were told new bikes were coming. Mantra would be better off for the time being doing a deal with the bike hire in the village and just getting rid of those old bikes. Brought Mantra’s standards down. Pool towels, they could be on a portable table, not ideal having to hunt them down and find them at reception.

The room is ready for a refresh and update. The carpet is worn through to the base weave. It would have been nice to have luggage racks for bags as there was plenty of space to have these options. The only garbage bin was a tiny tidy bin in the bathroom which was most inconvenient when making tea or coffee. A kettle that easily fits under the bathroom tap would also have been sensible. Otherwise the staff and hotel common areas were very attractive and the pool would have been lovely in warmer weather.

Loved the whole complex. Didnt like being woken at 7 minutes to.midnight by the person in the next room knocking on his door and calling out for almost 2 hours

I found the repeated phone calls over updating cards and giving the reception my bank details over the top and unnecessary. The Hotel already had my card and a $200 hold then insisted 2 days later that they see my card again. I found this very rude and ruined my stay the way this was handled.
