It's truly a perfect choice, and the location is what makes it so special. Close to the culinary center, the hotel is directly in front of the Light Rail line that takes you to the Opera House, Fish Market, and Central Station.

The main benefit of this property is that it is super close to the Capitol Theatre and a light rail station. Parking was affordable. Our room was on level 3 and the noise from the street disturbed our sleep. The bed linen didn’t fit well - the doona was too narrow for the bed. The shower was over a bath which had a cracked base that had been siliconed back together and felt quite unstable. The whole suite was quite dated and worn. Also, the alarm clock unexpectedly went off super early which further disturbed us. Friendly staff and great food options a short walk away in Darling Square.

This location does not accept any cash payments or so ever they can't only bank card only the services terrible award not highly recommended to both and stay at this location I also requesting for refund to be progress today and all other locations do accept cash

Incredibly loud room. Dated with some mould. Pretty much unable to sleep in the room due to the noise.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Close to the theatre and Paddy‘s market major downside was the noise of the light rail and a street performer. When asking the hotel staff about this they were quite dismissive and said that the light rail stops at either 12 or 1 am.

There is no housekeeping and you gotta change towel and collect essential items yourself Overall, the vicinity suits me fine as it is near Central Station., Chinatown etc .. Transportation is a breeze away.

Location was ok but lots of late night noise and this was a Monday night. Pain that parking is closed betwee 11pm and 7am as well. No drop off area so had to double park to drop off family. And multiple power points on our room didn’t work. Apart from those few issues, everything else was good.

Mould is present throughout the apartment, including the shower and bedroom. There is also a leaking ceiling in the bedroom, despite being on the 16th floor with two levels above—making the source of the water unclear. The issue was reported to reception the following day.
