Stunning stay! Lovely new hotel, with all the luxuries — there's really no need to leave the hotel! Great location in Burleigh Heads, just across the road from the beach. I would 100% stay here again.

I really like the clean and modern new hotel, and I would recommend it because it's located near the beach and where you can enjoy a walk.

everything was great, but I don't understand the darkly lit passages and in particular the gym, so dark.
In the room I also found that when you turned off all the lights then tried to put on a reading light for example, it was impossible to see the right switch and I'd end up opening the blinds or hitting the wrong button. had to use my phone torch.
I would definitely stay again. Very nice overall.

Over rated and not worth it. For a new hotel, the room appeared dated, was very dusty, stank, and was extremely noisy, despite claims of being sound proof. The mini bar was well stocked but overpriced, Thank God for the BWS around the corner.

Everything was amazing.
Room was beautiful. Interiors and view.
Staff were casual but attentive and friendly. They spoilt us for our anniversary with balloons chocolate and a bottle of wine. Restaurant was yum.
Unfortunately didn’t have time for the spa and pool but used the very equipped gym.

The studios are a very odd design; the tv comes up out of the sofa meaning the only option is to watch it in bed ( the bed is in the middle of the room) and the sofa faces the window. Would have been much more useful having the bed head against the wall and the tv on the adjacent wall with the tv on the adjacent wall. No tea or coffee facilities that we could find and unless you studied the control panel before dark, you could easily open the curtains rather than turn the bathroom light on in the middle of the night.
Pretty room, but not functional.

Staff was excellent from front desk to bellhops to spa and restaurant staff. Jorgia was the BESt!! She was helpful, fun and efficient. Can’t say enough about how Jorgia made our say special. Area was laid back and beautiful. Pool, Haven restaurant and magnesium baths were extraordinary. Thanks to all
