Fantastic location, great service, comfortable rooms…can’t ask for anything more. The penthouse rooms are brilliant for families with good cooking facilities & well apportioned facilities. The best that Sydney has to offer is a short walk away. Recommend!

The 2 bedroom apartment was really big so the whole family of 5 had plenty of space. The location was excellent and made getting around the city so easy either walking or using the trams. Considering how close you were to the city it was very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good and nice big room. Equipped with necessary utensils, kind of furnished apartment. The only thing missing was own parking which would have added a great value to this property.

Staff weren’t helpful. Room was freezing and air con was not working properly. Asked for an extra blanket and was promised it would be provided. No blanket ever arrived. Fridge and dishwasher in contained unit were not functioning properly. Old and poorly maintained room.

Rear rooms look out onto a multi story car park. Rooms and floor walkways etc are generally dark and gloomy and a bit depressing due to the lighting which has been converted to Led . Value for money was good, we stayed 4 nights. Lovely goodies bag was presented by reception to my partner as it was her birthday.

Really cool apartment/hotel, the set up with the rooms was so unique and cool to look at. The room had a great clean aesthetic to it and a cute balcony. The sauna was amazing next to the pool and gym. Would defo stay again!

Property is very close to Darling Harbour, but notes on how to get there by turning left on Level 4 of the car park to the level 2 bridge could be better. The TV did not work for almost 24 hours from book in and took me 3 attempts to get it rectified. Should have notes in room on how to check and fix fir yourself rather than maintenance staff who only work days being able to fix it. Asked for another room and front desk staff declined, but advised maintenance would fix next morning which did not happen.

Excellent stay. Family of 4, with teenagers. 5 nights. Easy check in. Clean and spacious apartment with everything you need. Loved the high ceilings and "old feel" which reminded me of the old European charm. Lovely swimming pool, spa, sauna, never crowded. Location was great, close to everything. We will definitelly stay again when back in Sydney. Loved it.
