I stayed in PACIFIC Club suites, overall stay is excellent except the breakfast in club suite it’s not the best. Lots of them doesn’t feel fresh. It seems like leftover food. But the rest is okay

I had such a lovely stay at Pan Pacific. From the moment I arrived, the staff were great! The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and so comfortable – I especially loved the little touches. The facilities were excellent, and everything about my stay was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. We could hear people talking in the next room when in our bedroom and also when showering. Fridge wasnt very cold, tv was on a slant, we were watching a movie and kept getting kicked out and had to start from beginning. The room setup isnt user friendly, lounge in an awkward position. The only really good thing was housekeeping do a great job during your stay.

Rooms were very nice -- decent size, comfortable and very clean. Modern also. Staff were friendly at the reception and throughout the hotel. Gym was great for a hotel gym! Very safe and quiet around the hotel - and not to far to walk to shops and restaurants. Lounge on site closes very early for a hotel. Otherwise very pleased with my stay.
