The check in & check out process was seamless. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and request for more towels was fast & efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Good location near Australia Square, lots of restaurant & bar options nearby. Walkable to pretty much everything in the CBD and only a 5 min walk to Martin Place train/metro station.

Great hotel…great location, nice big rooms. Was not happy with my original assigned room as it was right smack facing a huge comstruction going on. Voiced my concern. The front desk lady listened to my concern, was compassionate & promptly gave me another room. It was on the 10th floor, huge & def an upgrade. Huge bed & a nice large bathroom. Housekeeping was excellent, meticulous about the welcome fruits & sparkling water right after i moved into the room & made up the room beautifully the next day. Overall great hotel, great stay. Would highly recommend, although this is no longer Radisson Blu & this was my 1st stay at a Paradox hotel.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. The staff were all so welcoming friendly and helpful. The hotel was so clean and tidy. The food was amazing. The room was spacious comfortable had everything you needed. The area the hotel was located was handy to everything short walk to Botanical gardens, Opera House, Circular Quay, tram stops shops bars restaurants. Will definitely stay here next time we visit. Loved it.

Firstly - it isn’t the Radisson Blue Hotel anymore! I was very confused when my taxi stopped at the address and not one Radisson Hotel sign anywhere! It is now called Paradox Hotel. My booking was honoured and I was given an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The concierge was absolutely lovely and explained the change of the hotel to Paradox Hotel.
Hotel staff were lovely. The room was absolutely stunning and faultless. Location is perfect.

Great central location and a comfortable hotel with friendly professional staff. The room was comfortable and clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Pretty quiet too for a central city location. Overall an excellent stay for a long weekend.

Don’t stay here if you have a small child. Was not impressed, not sure how they can still be classed as 5 star. The property is old and tired, certain areas could do with a better clean. The staff were not overly friendly or helpful (with exception to a few of the door staff who were very lovely). Pram access was an absolute pain as there are stairs to get into the main entrance. Concierge were not very helpful, I asked for baby food to be warmed up in the microwave, it was given to me cold, I asked for a high chair to be sent to the room, they sent me a bar stool. When I explained that was no good, they said it’s all they had. I then went down to the restaurant myself and found a high chair and took it up to the room myself. Whilst our room was being serviced the cleaner must of smashed a glass on the bathroom floor, which is fine these things happen, however no mention of it, so my crawling baby found a large chard of glass on the floor. When I altered the hotel they did not understand this danger, nor seem to care

The propriety offers excellent accommodation with its central location. Guests can easily walk to the botanical garden, opera house, the rocks or catch light rail to other destination ie Darling harbour, Haymarket etc. we very much enjoyed our stay.
