I and my sister enjoyed our stay at Regis. Upon arrival, our room was upgraded to standard twin room. The room is quite huge and was cleaned every day. We always get our towel replaced. No sound of elevators and the bed is so comfy. Perfect location for this hotel and you walk to basically any tourist attractions in Sydney.

Booked a budget room as just needed. Clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the budget rooms (still very expensive) are given their title more on location than style of room. Directly above me all I heard all night was wa sounded like trolleys going along a corridor and directly below was a car park entrance (despite being on the 7th floor. Walls of hotel also paper thin and the room was a smell of wet + BO covered up with a sting smell of cleaning detergents. Wont be back. Certainly not worth the monies paid compared to similar. Booked the event to sleep before a early morning event but had a terrible sleep due to noise

The room was a bit run down patched walls etc. Room was sparse but adequate. Would have been better with a breakfast or restaurant but maybe compounded by the closures because of Easter. Staff helpful and friendly.

Good clean hotel. Not in the greatest area of Sydney CBD but close to everything.
The only negative is have access to the toilets on the pool level. To have to go back to your room was annoying.

Not a great experience, rooms were outdated but staff were great. The room I was allocated had ripped carpet, signs of mould in the bathroom and was overall quite outdated. The staff at the check in counter were lovely, I went down as requested a different room as to which they let me see the other options which was a great help. If I didn’t get given other options I would have left and gone elsewhere but the staff assisted me greatly.

It was an older facility and the room was kinda small but it was clean, convenient and not horribly expensive, located walking distance to many Sydney attractions, so okay.
