The air conditioner is noisy and not cold even though I turned on the temperature of 19•C.
The bed for 2 people to lie down was reconnected from 2 single beds. So it was convex and couldn't sleep. After sleeping for 2 nights, my lover and I were damp. I dislocated my neck on my left hand.

Loved the restaurant great food, the entertainment on Friday was great and the staff were great but what’s not great especially at this price point is the rooms they are terrible and misrepresented in urgent need of renovations although our room looked like it was in the middle of one. The photos make the place look much better than it is very disappointing

Lovely and comfortable 1 bedroom apartments looking over golf ranch.
Bed very comfortable, Kitchen well equipped if spending more nights great option to make your own meals.

The property is quite nice, although it's getting to the point of needing a bit of a spruce up, as several wooden panels in my room were chipped and the air conditioner fins were broken.
Most disappointing was that I requested and confirmed king bedding, and instead received two single beds pulled together and made up as a king. This left a very uncomfortable ridge down the centre of the bed.
According to the front desk, all rooms are like this, so avoid if you're planning a couples retreat for the thermal springs in the area.

Great location, beautiful views, parked in the car park and carried heavy bags to reception to check in, only to be told the rooms were not close by and had to carry bags back to car and drive to rooms, so no warning prior, also room service food was terrible

Stayed in the Open Plan room and it was stunning. So clean with a gorgeous view, comfortable bed and beautiful outdoor seating area/shower. It seems some rooms may be newer than others. Staff were super friendly. The pool could be better, still nice but quite small and not much space to sit/lay down. Overall would definitely recommend!

We were so looking forward to our stay for our 20th Wedding anniversary having booked months ago but when we arrived our room was nothing like the one we booked on Expedia. There was no view other than the back of another building and it was very dark.
My husband enjoyed the golf and there are two thermal springs nearby that are worth a visit
