We enjoyed that it did not take long to drive to other places of interest, such as Queenscliffe, Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads.
Point Lonsdale shops were quite nice too.
The property is a comfortable size. The rooms were quite spacious and furnished with just what is needed.

Close to the beach for walking and to Point Lonsdale cafes, nice quite location, plenty of space in apartment including a deck, kitchen and dining area, lounge with cosy and 2 bedrooms. Kitchen fully set up for easy use and a well sr out bathroom

Great location. Well appointed with everything one could possibly need in a holiday home . The only negative could be if you can’t climb stairs . This complex does require tenants to climb stairs to the units. Only one or two flights , but could be an issue for someone who is infirm. Didn’t worry us at all. The owner does have other ground level options though.

Paul was very easy to deal with, place was nice and comfortable.
Fire place was a winner.
Previous guests trashed the place but was still in great condition.
Would be great for big group. Definitely would stay again.
Across from cemetary, a little spooky but adds to the charm.
