The room was very spacious and clean. Very quiet area and close to the Twelve Apostles. Shared kitchen space was maintained very well and kept very clean! My partner and I had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this stay.

Simplistic executive spa room with all the amenities required for our stay. Parking was great bedding and towels were clean and I liked the embroidered detail on the towels. Shower was good
The cleanliness of the spa was not good and jets were brown so didn’t use it as didn’t look clean.
The noise from a pump or the like kept me awake most of the night.
Instructions on how to use the reverse cycle heating cooling would have been good.
There had obviously been a problem with mini flies and bugs getting through the bathroom window so clear tape was applied around the flyscreen and fly spray was on shelf.
Wardrobe was clean but had been sprayed with some chemical spray probably to sanitise. Couldn’t use it, as an asthmatic the intense smell of the spray set off an asthma attack. Would suggest using a not so toxic way of sanitising.
Location was great and not far from town.

The location was close to town and the water/bay. Check in was effortless and the host was very friendly. The room was very clean and suitable to our needs for one night. The only thing that was slightly irritating was having to move the bed in order to reach a plug with which to change one of our phones. The other side of the bed had a plug within reach. All in all though, a very tidy little motel.

Manager stayed late for us and was so nice. Room was spotless and well set up. Refrigerator was helpful and bed was comfy. A great stay and super value for this area! Literally a ten minute walk to downtown. Highly recommend!

The check in was poor. We and another couple tried to check in just after 2.30, the registered check in time. The person manning the desk spoke no English and we ended up waiting until the owner arrived about 2.45. She was apologetic but really I feel that desk staff should have a command of English. The lady in front of me asked what was wrong with her booking that she had to wait, it was a third guest who spoke the same language as the desk person who eventually explained that we would have to wait as the lady behind the desk spoke no English.
Our stay after the very poor start was very comfortable. The room was spotless, the towels of excellent quality and the bed very comfortable.
