Welcoming from the moment I stepped inside, reception staff ✅ (Daniel=brilliant), easy minimalistic check-in & express checkout, I was looked after with a terrific view of Sydney Harbour Bridge from my room which was pre-warmed on a chilly winter day. I can’t say enough how comfortable and luxurious the pillows were, comfy bed, everything I could have wished for. Will return when ever I visit Sydney

First time staying in the Marriott Circular Quay, convenient distance to transport options, within walking distance to The Rocks & Circular Quay, staff were pleasant & very helpful, Hotel overall was clean & what we expected of a Marriott.

This hotel was located near the transportation hub, which made getting around Sydney and to/from the airport easy. I never had to walk far for anything. The breakfast was great, both the buffet and the in-room dining. The staff saved me a few dollars by allowing me to borrow an umbrella. This was my first stay, and it set a high bar.

Property location is excellent and foyer/lobby is very nice, however the room we stayed in was dated including the bathroom. Strangely, there was no top sheets on the beds, just the bottom sheet and a comforter. In room dining options were enjoyable. We used the early arrival lounge which was nicely stocked with biscuits and tea/coffee options whilst waiting for our room to be ready. For the price and location I expected the rooms to match the five star presentation of the foyer/lobby. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating.

I would have thought for the price that we would have had a room with a more iconic view of the harbour. Beds were excellent and the pillows were just right.

Great check in experience. From valet, concierge and reception. Complimentary drinks whilst waiting. Great rooms. Quiet. Not the latest but but still adequate. One room has faulty light which was annoying. Simple maintenance would resolve. Definitely would return.
