Their top level apartments are large and nice. Views also great. The restaurant is a bit pricey but service is fast and food is alright. Their pillows were killing my neck though, otherwise it was a great stay. The hotel is well located and staff is friendly, just the vibe you're looking for.

Construction noise throughout the hotel with no warning given prior to booking. One of two lifts was also out of service during the stay resulting in delays to access and leave room. Rooms and beds were decent though amenities like toilet paper were of a very cheap and poor quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location.

Elevator was out of order minimum 10 minute wait to get in and was crammed with about 15 people each time. Staff did not care and cleaning was poor. Room next door had room service plates left there for 2 days

Room was good, recently refurbished. Visit spoilt by being given key to another guests already occupied room, 1 of 2 lifts being out of order leading to long delays and drilling starting every morning at 9am. The room was also close to venting ducts and was very noisy.
