Views on Spencer

Property is handily located to main street with restaurants, it has everything you need and a great view from balcony.

Location, well presented, clean, had everything we needed.

Very good location with views overlooking the bay. Cleanliness of bathroom was very disappointing as there was a lot of mould in the shower which is the first thing I check in any accommodation I stay in.

Loved our stay here, especially appreciated the balcony with its great view, and the soaking tub which was wonderful after a day's touring. The parking is a little tricky but we were able to get our dual cab 4WD into the garage with some dexterous driving. Would definitely recommend, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and its location is excellent, a short walk to York St. We will definitely return.

the house sent up was great, ammenities like kitchen utensils were clean and everything you could need was available. Bedrooms, linen and bathrooms were very clean the veranda and balcony were dirty. Plant inside the house and veranda were wilting but that was easily fixed. Overall a lovely clean house

Comfortable house on the hill with a big balcony and nice view. 5 mins walk to the excellent Earl of Spencer pub and about the same to York Street (nearest restaurant is the also excellent Little Italy)

Excellent position - in a quiet street yet a close walk to shops and eateries. The view is wonderful. Spacious kitchen and bathrooms. The place was clean but not immaculate - windows and ceiling fans needed attending.The beds were very comfortable. Good quality bedding and towels. The place is not new but everything worked, except for the internet which was woeful.

Great location, close to shops with beautiful views. It’s a shame we had to leave a day early.

Great and enjoyable stay, close and handy to town, great views. Could do with a bbq on the balcony, also the cobwebs could have been cleaned away. Would recommend to friends

I loved the fact that it was centrally located so was within walking distance to the main street in town. We could go to dinner and have a few drinks and then walk home without needing to drive. There was a really nice verandah area where we could sit and have breakfast as well as drinks in the afternoon. The view was really nice. There was plenty of room for couples to have their own space and still come together for meals and drinks. The place was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.
