W Brisbane

A beautiful and clean property with fantastic staff in a perfect location. The Lex Restaurant was world class and we loved our stay. The staff decorated our room for my partner’s birthday by surprise and it really set the tone for a flawless stay. Don’t get me wrong, this is not the cheapest hotel but you really pay for what you get here. I even asked for a last minute “Moreton Bay Bug Roll” and the hotel accommodated my request despite it being breakfast when we checked out; the staff really care about guest satisfaction and they all went above and beyond to leave a lasting impresssion. We would return to this hotel and we’ll consider the “W Brand” at their other locations because of our experience. 5 stars across the board.

From Arrival to Departure everything and everyone was excellent. The room was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the W at Brisbane.

By far the best service. They go above and beyond to accommodate. I booked a weekend get away from my parents. They were so kind. My parents had a wonderful time, and every time we go to Brisbane, we stay at the W and just love the facilities.
