Michelle in Reception is just lovely, very welcoming. The room was very clean & the Beds Oh wow soooo comfy, I am actually going to buy that exact same mattress.

Hard to rate this because they run two brands on the same premises - we booked one and were offered a better room in the other which is called "Y" which was quite ok although on a busy road
