We loved our stay. The location is so good with Town Hall station and light rail super close and short walks to everything. The hotel was quiet and the staff were very accommodating with requests. Definitely stay here again when in Sydney. Thank you

Excellent value for money, location and customer service from all staff. Stayed here over a weekend and the location was perfect, close to shops, food and attractions. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The only issue we had was on the Saturday night a pub behind the hotel had a dj on the rooftop which kept us awake all night. Would still recommend and stay here again

We had a lovely stay, the staff greeted us everytime we walked in and out of the hotel. The room was great, we came back to our room at then end of our day everyday to new towels and bed made. The location can’t get better, easy access to trams, trains and buses. Special thanks to Christine and Midia for your amazing service 😊 Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Rooms are not all as they are pictured on the Wotif page. I had to ask to change rooms as I believed the room I was given to be different and inferior to the one I chose and paid for online. The replacement room was better and more like to the room pictured.

The hotel is perfectly located for access to shopping and dining as well as light rail, train and metro services. Our only problem was the very hard mattress.
