Very nice room - good location. The check in instructions could be written with clearer information on how to access the apartment. The room had no means of cooling down.

A Great little neighbourhood, only 15 min walk to centre of vienna. this place was a cross between an aparthotel and an airbnb. we received instructions for how to access the key, and let ourselves in. Lots of little details were thought of in the room (coffee maker, literature on vienna, etc). I would say that the english language instructions could be improved for getting the key and the location of the room, and it took us a while to figure out how to turn on the heat. But the room itself was very nice and comfy - with the one odd exception. It was a redeveloped shopfront at street level - so the entire front wall was windows. There were two rows of curtains, so once drawn you didn't feel it, but it still seemed a bit odd - if this would bother you, then it might not be for you.

They rejected the changing of towels and bed making. We stayed two nights, so it was tough to use the same towels three days consecutive, and I wanted them to do bed making even once during our stay.

Great location. Beautiful apartment. Super hosts. Easy to park on a street nearby. Great local restaurants. 15 mins to the centre of the old town. Close to the canal.

Excellent apartment in great location, we felt very much at home, only one very tiny comment, there should be a note advising that you can ask for an iron. Everything was brilliant.

We had a truly excellent 3 night stay at the wonderful and unique Graetzlhotel Karmelitermaerk, in the beautifully appointed “lamplighter” suite. There’s no mismatch between the property’s photos and the reality here: tasteful, groovy decor, superb shower and bathroom, well appointed kitchenette (abundant Nespresso pods are always a winner!) and large and super-comfortable bed. It’s like having your own little apartment in a nice, quiet area, only a slight distance away from Vienna’s tourist throng. The tram is 2 mins walk away, and the metro about an 8 minute walk away; there’s a Billa supermarket on the same street as the suite, selling everything you’ll need. The check-in / check-out process is wonderfully easy: keys are retrieved from a pin-secured box around the corner and on check out we just left the keys on the table and closed the door behind us. Can’t recommend this place enough (and they have a few properties around Vienna. We’re already planning a return visit and can’t imagine not staying at a Graetzlhotel property. Highly recommended.

Great apartments, really spacious and stylish. Great location only 10 minute walk to the centre of Vienna.

Once you've worked out the check in process it was perfect. The English in the email wasn't perfect which led to the minor confusion but this was quickly rectified.

Fantastic little apartment. Well equipped and in a great location. Friendly bars and restaurants really close by. Short walk into the centre of town. Only slight quibble is that the pillows are too soft!

This is sort of a cross between a hotel and an AirBNB but I didn't totally realize that. If you want some of the amenities of a hotel (aka staff on premises, or an on-site luggage storage area) you're out of luck. I communicated with one of the staff through the app and he tried to find a solution to my luggage storage problem but refused to give me a refund when I said I'd rather just find new accommodations. So that wasn't great. Not wanting to lose money, I sucked it up and stayed here. My room was right on the street so I was able to hear street noise and no one informed me that there would be a full-blown film shoot taking place right outside my room. I'm from LA where shoots need permits and people are informed about it. If the hotel was informed, they didn't tell me about it. So I had to push past the film crew to get into my room. That said, the room was lovely. It was expertly decorated and super funky. I liked the location overall.

Quiet and spacious room within easy reach of transport and places to eat. Staff at the remote reception were very helpful and courteous. Would recommend as a great location for a city break in Vienna.

Wonderful hotel concept. It feels like living local with all the comfort of a hotel room. The are has good restaurants and is in close walking distance to Vienna attractions.
