I think the hotel has a very good price/service ratio. Clean, big rooms. Quiet area near the city center. No facilities like a spa, swimming pool or alike but if you stay for just a day or two this is the place to be.

A nice, new minimalist hotel. Our room came equipped with a small kitchenette. We opted to save €5 by having no housekeeping done during our 2 day stay. The hotel is well located in Dornbirn.

Comfortable hotel in a good location. Rooms are big, a little basic but everything you need. Wifi was very poor, the speed was slow and often dropped out - had to use my phone data to work from.

they didn't clean up the room and didn't provide with fresh towels. The very low level excuse was COVID-19. They raise the profit with eliminating any service !!! The mentioned, that we need to ask for clean up during check in. But we had NO REGULAR check in - only late check in with key-Lock and received NO information about this situation. Finaly they gave us a lousy EUR 5,00 credit note. HOW POOOOOOOOR is this Hotel Chain ??????????

There was no desk attendant but she emailed me with the key box access. The air conditioning did not work so we had to open the window all night. Some of the light switches had residue which I had to clean before daring to touch them.

Nice hotel. Very basic. Room decent size for Europe. Does not have a mini fridge, so beware if staying more than a few days. Nor do they provide a top sheet, only a duvet. A/C isn't adjustable to really cold, so was uncomfortable during the really warm nights. Very central location in this delightful town.

Modern and very clean. Excellent location, very close to the train station, the buses and the main shopping and restaurant area. Helpful staff. Only negative was that the bed was a bit hard for us but we would still use this hotel again.

Harry's Home is closer to a hostel than a hotel.
- Room didn't have a fridge
- Bed was a queen or a king (don't remember) but with only one twin (single) size comforter, one pillow
- bathroom was clean, tiny shower, and a squeeze bottle for soap and another for the shower (the same!), no additional ammenities
- Service was abysmal. there was a kettle, with a packet of instant coffee on day 1. Used it. You only get one cup, and that cup was still sitting on the desk unwashed on day 2! No replacement coffee either. Called the front desk twice, still no service, excuse was that they couldn't find the coffee?!! What about the cup??!
Breakfast is not included, and not even an offer for a free cup of coffee from the lobby.
Furniture in the rooms is very cheap.
No stand to put the suitcase on, you get to use the couch (which is great if you're at all concerned about bedbugs, which I would be here)
Location is good, near downtown Dornbirn, walking distance from restos and shopping. That's honestly the only nice thing I can say about this hotel. Will not stay here again.
