Extremely comfortable stay here at HomeBound. The place was modern and very nice, with sufficient space for 5 adults (1 person had to sleep in the living room, which works for us) and kitchen fully equipped for us to prepare 2 meals a day. Apartment also had 2 toilets and 1 shower which was very helpful for our group. Would definitely stay here again!

Very easy check in. Really nice apartment with a nice common area and great play room for our baby. We were able to make our own key card which was fun! Laundry is free and they have a dryer! Complete with all the kitchen needs to make a homemade meal. Grocery store about 3 mins away with extensive variety of groceries. Customer service replied to my questions very quickly and no hassle check out. Very close to the train station and just a few minutes away from Hallstatt. Highly recommend! 10/10

Communication from hotel was, for whatever reason, in German only. Hello?? How about translating the info you're sending to your customers ?
Also, the self check-in on the tablet was painfully slow and annoying.

The apartments are beautiful, in a great location and perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything at all, it really felt like home :) For those interested, they offer the possibility of renting a bike. I had to fill out the check-in again at the terminal, but otherwise everything was without a problem. We would definitely not hesitate to come again.

Check in was a bit complicated since no one around. I had to call the help line to activate a key card. I was receiving emails prior in German which I didn’t understand. The person on the phone spoke English so that was great. The apartment was fantastic! Very clean, new and had a full kitchen. The gym and party room was also very new. I would definitely go back there if I’m in Europe. I recommend it to my friends

We ran out of toilet paper, called the number and they sent me to a storage where there was no toilet paper. I asked for a solution and was told that there is nothing to do. This is unacceptable. There are many solutions. I asked if they could open a vacant room for me to take toilet paper from there. They said no. Few days later I discovered that the toilet paper was in laundry room and they sent me to the wrong place. You must fix it. If you are a self service you must have a solution for toilet paper refill and know where guest can take it from.
Another thing is that you never sent us the code for the garage. Good that we called in advance and asked ourselves. The person didn't know to say if the garage is connected to the hotel but at least gave us the code. Good thing we did it because you never sent it, and when we called on arrival since things didn't work for us initially, no one have answered the phone.
Otherwise everything was great.

Accommodation is excellent! Only issue I have is the self clean policy to avoid additional charges on check out. Have not been able to find out what is expected of us as information on we forms, etc. doesn't tell us.

Loved the location and amenities of this apartment!
Had some difficulty with the on-site check in because there isn’t a real person to check in. It worked out for us, but not for another couple we tried to help.
Was so happy to be out of the hustle and bustle of Hallstatt!! Walking distance to bakery, a wonderful pizzeria with the cutest owner, restaurants and grocery.
Really loved being able to do laundry as well.
Highly recommend!!

The property is top notch apart from the lift which was not working when we checked out and the guy who was trying to fix the lift didn't even bother to tell us when it will be fixed when we asked him. Not that friendly to be honest. Apart from that everything was great.
