Ones i reached the hotel they confirm that my booking is there, but they dont have the room available. They ask to seat and wait. The person in charge was not there and was not available by calling. I got finally the room at 7,30 in the night! Nothing else to say!

Great stay at a lovely hotel for a great price, close by to one of my favorite historic sites in Vienna, Schönbrunn.
Great place to stay for families, couples or single travelers if you are looking for a great place with historic charm, friendly staff and good food. Conveniently located right on the 56/58 bus line which can connect you directly to the Am Platz or Hietzing U-station.

Good location for us, with cheap daily parking option. Proximity to Schonbrunn was excellent.

We all got, biten by who know what?. No a/c windows could not be open windiws because no screens and the noise from outside not drapes. Old, old furniture. We all got Stuffy noise. My son in law was bleeding in the nose. The room did not have ventilation. Because the lack of ventilation and a tiny operable window wuthout screen. Biten in legs and neck. We check for bed bugs but we did not see any. I did The worse was the lack of ventilation was horrkble. This Hotel location is great but the Hotel definite those not cost that much. A Motel 6 is better than this. Not sure how people handle their stay in the sunner without air.

When I first arrived at the hotel I thought it was too far from the centre of Vienna but actually the underground and tram lines are only a 5 min walk away and a nice town with restaurants and shop nearby. The palace and zoo where literally 2 mins walk. The hotel was very clean and although I would say they were not modern they were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You must try their fish in the restaurant is was amazing! I would stay here again it was great value.

A bit noisy, hard to find parking place. The hotel itself isn’t the most modern but has it’s own feeling. Helpful stuff. Rich breakfast at the morning.

It was good, better than we expected! The hotel was good. I felt it was a little bit rundown and not clean enough like hair on the sink, shower clogged up and wholes underneath the sink.
The zoo and the palace is a mile away, there is a convenience store almost a block away. Overall was good!

We appreciate the proximity to transit access.
One of our rooms had nice quaint decor, even though we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it.
Room was a bit muggy in September, but with windows open, it was OK.
Didn't understand why the hotel restaurant didn't accept VISA whereas the hotel did.
