One of the friendliest hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! All of the staff at Hotel Kögele were very welcoming, never failing to greet us with a smile, and helped us to enjoy a fantastic week in Axams and on the slopes. The location of the hotel is perfect - peaceful views across the mountains, a short walk from the town centre, and a bus stop just over the road which takes you straight to the Axamer Lizum ski resort in about 15 minutes. The rooms are well kept and clean, the breakfast incredibly tasty, and the evening meals even better - especially when enjoyed in the hotel's warm and cosy bar and restaurant. Highly recommended!

Rooms are dated with only basic toiletries but no other amenities. Received a ‘cold’ welcome at the reception. The lady who checked us in gave me the room key, left the registration form for me to fill and then disappeared. No information given about the serving time of the breakfast the next morning. Limited selection at the breakfast buffet. Disappointed.

Wonderful 2-night stay at this nice hotel in Axams. Rooms appeared recently renovated which enhanced the experience. Very friendly staff who helped us out with a couple of small problems with no question. Included breakfast was very good. Located directly opposite bus stop that goes to Innsbruck and Welcome Card allowed free use of all public transport in the region. Also allowed free use of the nearby Freizeitzentrum which is a wonderful facility in the town.

The hotel is located in a small charming town 15 min from downtown Innsbruck. Big cozy room with a balcony overlooking the mountains- almost fairytale view! Very friendly hosts, good breakfast. Parking near the building is complementary (spaces are limited, but you can also find free street parking nearby).
The only complaint was a lot of flies, they were annoying both in the room and in the restaurant.
We would definitely return and recommend!

Family trip on route to Italy.
Good room with 2 big beds sleeping 2 adults and 2 kids.
Not much else room, but not needed. Traveling through on a Sunday. The restaurant was closed. A shame but good food within short drive.
Not huge breakfast, but enough.
Overall happy with the booking.
Nice surroundings.
