The owners are lovely caring people, even the room conditions were written in a poem. The apartment was well equiped, clean, with what truly was a beautiful mountain view. The village of Lermoos with its surrounding meadows is how we imagined our weekend in Austrian Alps.

Lusspark was a great location for our one-night stay in Lermoos. We had a large apartment with beautiful mountain views situated just a couple blocks off the main street so it was both convenient and quiet. There was a nice breakfast to start the day and the family staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

We were lucky to stay on the weekend of the summer soltace 'light show' - what an experience. Hotel staff very friendly, lovely place to stay, will definitely return.

The owner, Patricia, is beyond freindly and helpful. We showed up a little bit past the listed check-in time and she was very accommodating. Some people might be put off that this hotel isn't modern, but that is a positive in our eyes. It feels more. Like staying at a freinds house than a sterile hotel. The room was huge and the views are stunning. The breakfast, even though does not have any hot items, was wonderful. Parking is easy.
Finding the place was a bit tricky using Google maps. We would stay here again without any doubt. Loved it.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was great. The breakfast had a large selection of food and drinks and was tasty. The bathroom is small but that can be looked past. The location is walking distance from downtown and some great restaraunts are near by.

The place is beautiful, nestled in the Austrian Alps. We loved it. The only surprised was that as we were settling up we were told cash only. Even when I read the fine print, I didn't see this. Since there is no cancellation it should be said to pay in advance with Expedia or pay cash there.

We had in a Big Room with 3 separated room (TV, Kitchen and Sleep), all hotel was very clean. The only thing, is the cleaning tax. If it is mandatory, it shoulb be included on their room price per night.

Rating based on this type of hotel, not a fancy city place. We LOVED Lusspark! Stayed in email 19 & had perfect view of Alps off porch. Beds & bath clean & comfy. Patricia super helpful and efficient. No credit cards but ATM & TI within 5 min walk. Looking forward to visiting Austria again & staying at Lusspark. (room 19, not email)

Great family run place in beautiful Letmoos. If looking for a quiet getaway with simple accommodations, this place is great. It is close to many area attractions, yet has plenty of outdoor activities for those who like to avoid the crowds. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This small hotel was just right for a weeks stay. Exstemly good hosting. Speak good English. And the view from our terrace was fantastic food in local restaurants very good. Wonderful time in Lermoss.

We stayed overnight at Lusspark. This is an apartment, so loads of space (Kitchen+living+bedroom) and great views from the balcony.Over all this is value for money as the rate was 45E/day. They charge 20E for cleaning, which is still a bargain for the space.
The restroom com bod was odd. I have not seen that anywhere else!!
Note that it is on a small street so it is not easy to find.

Great area, the hotel was nice. A lot of business where closed for some reason, had to drive to Garmish to eat meals. The room smelled like stale smoked cigarettes. We aired the room out but our clothes still smelled like cigarettes when we returned home. Staff was great and real friendly.
