The young woman working in the bar area was stellar. I had fallen and banged up my knee and she got me ice and a water and generally helped make me comfortable while I waited for my room. I cannot thank her enough.

Honestly can't fault Motel One. This is the first one I've stayed in in mainland Europe, and it's as good as the ones I like in Manchester. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, nice bar that's open late with plenty of comfy sofas and armchairs. Bit generic, maybe, but for the price it's a steal, IMHO

Amazing location with convenient access to both downtown and anywhere via train through central station.
The check-in and checkout was smooth and quick.
The room was exactly as photos, nice size and well lit; there were some issues with furniture like lack of having garbage bin, fridge, or safe.

Motel one was a perfect location for us. Easy to get the train from the airport or returning from a day out. The bar and reception area was very welcoming and the rooms really comfortable. We heard no noise from the train station, roads or other guests. Would definitely stay again if we return to vienna.

Its a busy hotel and rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Three minute walk from Rail Station. Our beds were made daily and fresh towels also daily. Only complaint was the replenishing of bathroom toiletries, soap, toilet roll. Did ask the Reception for replacements but that was not passed onto housekeeping. No phone in room.
