Lovely hotel near the Belvedere palace. As soon as we got there, we were greeted by their nice staff. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious for my partner and me. Location was good too, only 10–15-minute walk from the city and all famous landmarks.

Staff were very friendly and helpful , the young lady on the reception made sure the next day we had a twin room for the rest of our stay. Location was superb , with the tram 71 2min walk away that takes your straight into the centre. In addition, the S7 train links the airport to the hotel and takes around 28mins and is a lot cheaper than the Citycat and just as effective, cost is around 9euro for a round trip.

The room was a good size and clean. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, lots of choice and well prepared and fresh. Some healthy choices too. The bed wasn't as comfortable unfortunately, I prefer memory foam type mattresses. Also the sauna was not routinely on, you needed to request it to be switched on and wait half hour.

There were insects found in the rooms we booked and even dead ones indicating the housekeeping was not thorough. We also noticed some stains on the basin countertops showing that it wasn’t cleaned. Tried to make fo but it was really uncomfortable to us. It was pretty bad that we had to vacate the rooms and went to the hotel next door adding costs to us and them refusing to refund the un-utilised nights.

This was the perfect place to stay in Vienna. My room over looked the botanical gardens. I was able to open the windows which made it feel like a room in a home rather than a hotel room. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Love my stay.

It had to small of a lobby area, no place really to sit and drink a cocktail after a long day or flight. No bar. Both hotels on either side had them their lobby area feels more like waiting area at service station for your car.

The location is perfect! It's my 4th time in Vienna and this hotel made my stay so much easier! It is waking distance to one of the main transport hubs of the city - Rennweg and it has quite a few food options around. We didn't have breakfast, but from what we experienced with the staff - everyone is very kind and helpful. They have a rule that you get a free drink if you note that you don't need a room cleaning that day - that was so sweet. The hotel is in some building of historical importance, which you can see from the facade but also from the inside - ceilings and windows are very high. The room we had was slightly run-down but it was charming & the bed was very comfortable.
