The vue from the window was wonderful 😍 The system of automatic check-in is perfect for travellers like us, who arrive late.
The room and the bed were comfortable, it was enough of space. The breakfast was good. It was one thing, that was buzzerring us: flies. There were a lot of them because of cows nearby, I think.
But we were happy to stay at this place! The price is quite normal, so we would be glad to return back.

The stay was lovely except for two things: no A/C for summer heat so we had to leave thw door open but the hotel is right on a very busy road and the traffic was very loud into the night and early morning - including semi-trucks.

Nice hotel, clean and well appointed.
Negative point: Despite government mandate we ( and other guests checking in) were never asked to provide proof of vaccination.
And we were the only ones wearing masks.
As long as Covid-19 is an issue we would not stay in this hotel again.

Friendly welcome, good breakfast included, pleasant room with nice views. It's on quite a busy road with no footpath so you need to take care when coming/going especially at night!

Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Der Essraum ist im vorderen Bereich etwas altmodisch dafür im hinteren Bereich mit toller Aussicht beim Frühstück. Frühstück ist gut. Leider kalte Eier wenn man nicht gleich um 7:30 Uhr da ist. Aber sonst alles super! Sehr nette Dame am Empfang.

Toller Bergblick, schöner Spa-Bereich, nette MitarbeiterInnen (lieben Gruß an die Nette von der Rezeption/Service und Patrick), lecker Essen, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.
Man darf sich halt nicht vom Verkehr der Straße stören lassen, die direkt am Haus vorbei geht.

Wir waren von Ankunft bis Abreise sehr zufrieden und der Service vom Check-In bis hin zum Frühstück war wirklich top! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber man kommt zu Fuß schnell ins Tal und der Bus bringt einen wieder direkt vor das Hotel. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Sehr freundlich empfangen worden.
Es wurde auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker.
Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer sehr schön, modern.
Leider war es ab 7 Uhr laut auf dem Flur durch andere Gäste und das hat man Gut gehört, nicht so gut isoliert.
Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gern wieder.

Hotel ist etwas hellhörig. Aber Nachtruhe wurde von Gästen eingehalten. Das stellte kein Problem dar.

Waren für den Skiurlaub in Mellau dort, das Hotel war absolut in Ordnung, mit schönem kleinem Saunabereich mit Dampfbad, neu renoviert. Das Restaurant war in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes. Bett war Mittel, leider nur Queen Size obwohl wir Suite gebucht hatten, haben etwas mehr erwartet vom Zimmer. Auch keine Badewanne.

Zimmer zur Straße etwas laut, Waschbecken im Zimmer, Toilette nur durch eine Glasscheibe getrennt.
