An excellent base to explore Vienna. It is situated in a quiet area with some excellent bars and restaurants and close to the ubahn. The room had a comfortable bed and excellent shower. With its own dishwasher, microwave and cooker along with a nice supply of tea and coffee it was a comfortabke stay. Only let down was the rooms can get a little hot and the fan supplied will reduce the heat only a little.

The good: it's a safe and clean place to stay with comfortable beds, laundry, and luggage storage. Communication is excellent. The bad: noisy. You can hear everything from the construction next door at 7 am, and every movement of neighbors, every voice in the hall. We didn't sleep all week. No door mat to wipe your shoes, so all dirt and mud get tracked in, no cleaning supplies or service. BRING YOUR OWN SLIPPERS. Horrible burning smell coming from the bathroom - they eventually fixed it but never told me what caused it. The bathroom door was hung too low and scraped against the floor, making it hard and noisy to open and close. Shower water was ridiculously sensitive and would turn hot and cold with every tap of the handle or switching the shower head. Water leaks from the corner and makes a mess on the floor. Kitchen often ran out of hot water. Kitchen has basic utensils but not equipped for actual cooking - no chef's knife, pasta strainer, hot pads, foil, salt, etc, no oven (has grill microwave), no lid on skillet, stovetop vent is loud and rattles the whole room. It's survivable, but so noisy, not worth it if you actually want to sleep.

It was one of the best accommodation that I've ever had.

This place is an apartment with many units. Our unit was this one room with a view of a closed garage. It is not good for families with young children. Location is not too bad. We arrived late night and instructions about how to find the unit and get in was not clear. It was very stressful for me at 11pm with my 8 year old trying to figure this out on our own. No in person help or lobby. Unit itself has some supplies but basics were missing, e.g no hand soap. I would not book again

great place, you can find every thing you need in the apartment, washing and dryer machine is very convenient.

I would honestly give this place a 11/10 if I could! Absolutely exactly what I was looking for for my stay in Vienna. The place is very clean, quiet, has everything someone might need. Super close to public transport which makes it super easy to go to the center of the city in a short amount of time. Also very good communication from the team! Asked if I could leave my luggage for my last day and got an answer within the next few minutes. Honestly, if I ever come back to Vienna, not a single doubt, I’m booking there again! And for the price??? Insanely good! Thank you guys so much for such an amazing experience! :)

Sehr gutes Preis-Leidtungs-Verhältnis.

Der Unterkunft an sich ist ganz gut, man hat das nötigste um sich selber zu verpflegen und ist nur 800 Meter von die Innenstadt entfernt. Meine einzige Punkt Abzug ist, weil ich ein paar Details nicht so ganz toll fand. 1. ich kann absolut verstehen, dass in den Gebäuden Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden sollen, aber sollte alles um 7 Uhr anfangen? Es ist erlaub ja, aber wenn man in Urlaub bisschen länger schlafen will, dann schwierig 2. es hat leider in Hausflur und ab und zu mal in Bad teilweise nach Abwasserleitung gerochen, war nicht so ganz toll. 3. der Fernsehen hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert, genau wie der wlan, relativ oft war nicht verfügbar.

清潔でインテリアもよく、使い勝手のいいお部屋でした！ 嬉しかったのはランドリーがフリーで使えること！とても助かりました。 荷物預かりもラウンジを介さずにできるので気兼ねなくてよかったです。 確かに中心地から離れてますが、すぐ近くにトラムの駅がありスーパーがあり、少し行けば市場もあります。キッチンは不足なく便利なので、時間があれば市場でラム肉を買って焼きたかったです。
