Everything was wonderful about this property. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was very nice and clean. Beds were so comfortable. All of the staff was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was very good also!

Attractive traditional type hotel in the center of Mayrhofen. Room was comfortable and very spacious. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast, WiFi, parking, location, etc., were excellent. The only negative comment I could make is the our room didn’t have table lamps or wall lamps at the beds. No problem if you’re reading on a Kindle or iPad, but not so hot for a book. But, I’d stay at the Posthotel again.

This hotel is fantastic. Everything about it is brilliant. The village of Mayrhofen has become our favourite place to stay in Austria, some of which is due to Posthotel. It has a very useful car park which is both easily accessible, well lit and safe though perhaps a few more signs would be helpful.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the Mayrhofen area, this is it. Staff was very courteous, room was very clean with flat-screen TV with international cable channels. The hotel has the flair of Austria with rustic furniture. Wi-Fi connection was excellent. The area is also very nice, the hotel does not have a restaurant, but there is an excellent restaurant just across the street and more choices just down the road. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of breads, cereals, eggs,cold cuts, even cake was served, and also a variety of hot and cold beverages and juices.I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for budget-friendly hotel.If you are traveling by car , an underground parking garage is provided.

My stay at the Post Hotel in Mayrhofen for 6 nights was a lovely experience. Fantastic friendly staff, comfortable well equipped room and excellent selection of hot and cold food in the buffet breakfast. Each evening I had a nightcap at the hotel bar and the prices were extremely reasonable and the staff full of friendly conversation.
The hotel has an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the station and central Mayrhofen with all its great bars, shops and restaurants.
Thank you to all the staff at The Post Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff all lovely and very helpful. Room spacious and clean with plenty of storage and nice terrace. Room decor a bit tired and would have been nice to have a kettle so we could make our own hot drinks. Beds were ok but a bit creaky. Kids loved the breakfast buffet. We stayed 10 days so it was really useful that there were facilities for washing and drying clothes. Location was great, right in the middle of Mayrhofen, walking distance to the cable cars and surrounded by lots of good restaurants.
