Staff was INCREDIBLE. Always there at dinner and breakfast to serve us; check in was fast and courteous; concierge was knowledgeable. The hotel was located very close (5 minute walk) to the souqs and other shopping and restaurants, and the area was clean and safe. A fantastic place to stay!

Great stay, staff are brilliant & friendly and really helpful. One of the pools was closed which I wasn't aware when I made the booking but it wasn't much of a problem for us.
Only negative for me is that if you have allergies or dietary requirements then they struggle to cater, The coffee shop didn't have any options for us and no alternative milk to dairy either. I had to check every item and list everything as many of the stuff didn't understand what Vegan was and my children have allergies so I did find it difficult as everything including the pasta has egg. The chef's were very accommodating for breakfast but it was a struggle as the labels aren't all accurate.

The The staff was very known cooperative and unfriendly did not want to give a good room without charging extra The room I got was very very dark and they charge me 30 US dollar extra to give me a better room which was still the same as I had before very bad experience I will never stay there again

We went for a last minute break. We did not realise it was Ramadan, but it was not a problem. Actually is was so quite we had the pool to ourselves for most of the duration. We wanted sun, piece and quite, we certainly got that.

Great Hotel, great stay, friendly staff. One simple criticism: the ridiculous lightning system in the rooms. It is so complex, one has to spend very long minutes before being able to get the place dark. I was not successful one of the nights.
